Neoclassical Composer
Egbert Juffer is an active composer and writes new music regularly, and has a preference for writing instrumental and chamber music, and particularly writing music for Organ. Egbert studied Music Theory, Music Literacy, Piano and Composition with Gareth Green and obtained (amongst a range of other qualifications) in 2017/18 several certificates in Composition, followed by the Associate diploma in Composition at the London College of Music in 2019 and the Associate diploma in Composition at Victoria College of Music and Drama, London in 2022. Through these studies and the journey and progress he made as a composer, Egbert developed a compositional style that is best described as Neoclassical. Compositions written by Egbert have been played throughout the UK, Europe and the USA.
