Capriccio for Organ (Opus 46) played by Carson Cooman

Today Organist Carson Cooman shared a performance of one of my smaller pieces, Capriccio, Opus 46.

This Capriccio for Organ is a small and light-hearted piece, which I wrote on May 15th of this year, and dedicated to my friend, the Reverend James MacInnes. It is written in two parts and uses Ternary Form (A-B-A) as its overall structure, with the final A section slightly adapted towards the end. Enjoy this beautiful performance by Carson, as well as the landscape…

  • Sheet music of the Capriccio has been published with EJ Music Publishing Ltd. and is available here
  • An impressive amount of Organ music can be found on the YouTube channel of Carson Cooman; check it out here.
